Our project is used to store the contract documents on database. NLC gives the contract of any transport company by receiving a project from the government. The transport company needs to keep the record of all things because after time NLC require these documents for bill pass. On the other hand, the transport company keeps all types of record in the form of pages. The transport companies use pages to keep all the records about contract. If any document misses the transport companies face many types of problems. Such as the NLC did not pass the bill. On the other hand, if the documents are in the form of pages, then this is also difficult to keep all the record for long time and find any document when needed. Like as the National Logistics Cell (NLC) is Pakistani logistics company run by the Pakistan Government. The NLC served as a sole purpose of crises management and logistics emergence on a short notice for the Pakistan Government. The NLC provide state emergency level management services to the government and is\u00a0 one of leading crises management government authority in\u00a0 the country. Company gives the contract of any transport company by receiving a project from the government. There are three main points in this work. The first point is that we load goods on vehicles from where place. The second point is that we unloaded goods and the third point is their contract company. When we load goods on the vehicle. We provide documents on these points. If we miss some document then we cannot receive the money at that time we can provide the documents. We have records of these goods in hard copy when we load goods on the vehicle. Documents are required when a company passes the bill of any vehicle. The data we upload to our website about vehicles we can access from anywhere and send anywhere. website is also developed to digitally provide facilities to users whenever they need it. Many of the functionalities should be added in the future with many updates to make it simpler. In our development section we using HTML, CSS and PHP code method.css used\u00a0 or the front end because it is used for the layout design and PHP for the backend and connect then for work and XAMPP is used for the backend database work. Anyone can visit our website. The process of the login is performed by the admin and user. Admin can perform two activities. These two activities can be given as user management document management. In the process of the user management, he can add user and delete user. In document management, he can view upload, update and delete the document.
